Hula & Tahitian Dance
Imma "Chona" Trinidad continues the artful, historic dance of hula here in our community. Be it a graceful story told through dance or the hypnotic movement of Tahitian roots, Imma shares this art with her children and adult classes.
Latin Moves Plus
Influenced by Zumba and LatinCardio, this new class will emphasize the total workout, getting the heart rate up and shedding unwanted pounds. Latin Moves Plus fuses Latin, Middle Eastern, and Flamenco dance and will also focus on the upper body and hips, essentialto the student's sense of self-awareness and self-confidence.
Middle Eastern Dance
This class offers the ancient art of folk and belly dance of the Middle East and is empowering for all. Dolores Matzen's innovative choreography, energetic teaching style and the ability to communicate movement to students of any level is found in each of her beginning through professional classes. Classes are taught for children and adults.
Middle Eastern Percussion Circle
Guided and Open drumming. A relaxing place to become more familiar with Middle Eastern percussion instruments and rhythms. Bring your hand drums: dumbek, riq/tambourine, tar/frame, zills/finger cymbals, etc. African and other instruments welcomed. Technique taught will be Arabic. Participants are at mixed levels and you may start any time.
Mixed Martial Arts
Rocks Mixed Martial Arts is a study of all martial arts combined into one very affective form of self defense and fitness. It’s great for kids discipline, respect, confidence and self-defense. For adults it will help them with weight loss, health and learning self-defense.

The Latin social dance is taught by Jay to couples and singles alike. Jay shows his enjoyment of the music and the dance, teaching the fancy but sensual moves of Salsa to teens and adults.

Tai Chi and Chi Gong

Tot's Music
Children ages 18 months - 3 years enjoy songs, rhythmic patterns, creative movement, instruments and folk games with Nancy Hershatter who draws on her background in early childhood and creative arts to create a dynamic and developmentally appropriate program.

Wing Chun is a martial art of self defense suitable for all.
Yoga
Balance of body and mind is created through the practice of Yoga postures. Jill Hancock teaches the correct alignment and technique to instill this balance to her students. Ages 12-adults are welcome.
